I am a fellow with a strange sense of humour, that is probably why I started my career as a cartoonist for Mad Magazine. I still draw cartoons and caricatures but usually during meetings that have gone astray.

Most of my working life has been writing and art directing for multinational advertising agencies in Australia and abroad, creating campaigns and developing a sense of effective communication. Many times I found myself directing commercials and applying what I had learned from working alongside talented artisans from the film industry. I enjoy working with people dedicated to their craft and compelled by something deep inside them beyond mere monetary reward.

I’m drawn to compelling imagery and sound that perfectly captures the essence of the communication. If you had experienced some of my V8 Supercar commercials in the theatre you would have enjoyed deep sustained subsonic frequencies imbedded in the soundscape and inherent in the V8 Supercar experience, because, ultimately it’s important to feel it.
